At Broadway Authors, we are committed to giving authors full ownership of their work. After final delivery, you keep all rights to your content and can use it however you want.
Payment
All services require full payment before work begins. Clients are also responsible for any taxes that may apply to their payment.
Revisions
We provide a 14 day revision period. In special cases, this period can be extended.
Revision timelines are handled like this:
• Urgent within 24 hours
Revisions will be completed within 24 hours
• Urgent within 24 to 48 hours
Revisions will be completed within 48 hours
• Standard over 48 hours
Revisions will be completed within 72 hours
Project Terms
Before starting any project, Broadway Authors will have a one on one consultation to understand your requirements clearly. We keep open communication during the project and update you if anything changes.
Terms of Use
Broadway Authors services are created to support authors in their publishing journey. We do not provide any official certification or guarantee of results. While we aim to deliver quality work, we are not responsible for delays, system issues, data loss, or unauthorized access.
By using our services, you agree to protect Broadway Authors from any claims related to copyright issues, privacy issues, or misuse of our website or services.
Refund Policy
We focus on delivering professional book publishing services through a team based process. Because of the work involved, we follow a clear refund policy.
No Refund After Work Starts
Once a project has started, no refund will be issued. Work involves planning, writing, editing, design, formatting, publishing setup, and other services that begin immediately after confirmation.
Unlimited Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions within the original project scope. This applies to editing, design, formatting, and other agreed deliverables. Our goal is to make sure the final result matches your expectations.
If you request changes outside the original scope or major direction changes, additional cost may apply. We will always inform you before proceeding.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If you cancel before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting any consultation or processing costs. You must contact us within 24 hours of payment for review.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If there is any payment issue, contact us first at info@broadwayauthors.com so we can resolve it quickly. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may pause or stop ongoing and future services.
